A Bend man who is facing two separate murder trials in the deaths of three people has had both those trials pushed back several months. One of those was set to go to trial Tuesday.
Randall Kilby, 37, is accused of killing 43-year-old Daphne Killian-Banks, 66-year-old Jeffrey Taylor and 69-year-old Benjamin Taylor.
Killian-Banks was taken off life-support in January 2022 after suffering injuries from an assault in a home on Christmas 2021. Kilby was charged with second-degree murder in that case.
The trial in the death of Killian-Banks was supposed to happen in May 2022. That was pushed back to March 7. But according to court records, Judge Wells Ashby ordered a continuance in January, moving the trial again to Jan. 9, 2024.
Jeffrey and Benjamin Taylor were found dead inside the same home in March 2021. Kilby is charged with murder in their deaths as well.
The trial in their deaths was supposed to happen in April 2022, but that was pushed to January before being delayed again to Oct. 31.
Kilby has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
