Some evacuation areas were lifted Thursday as conditions and progress improved
While area fires continued to burn on Thursday, improving conditions and continued progress on the Little Lava Fire prompted the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office, in coordination with the Sunriver Police Department and fire managers, to adjust evacuation levels.
