
BEND ,Ore. (KTVZ) — Bend recently became the first city in Oregon to offer Bird’s rentable e-bikes, meant to make the area more accessible.
The e-bikes have been in Bend only a short while, but it’s causing some controversy over their speeds and where people are riding them.
