Firefighters get some help in fighting the 2 fires in the region

Firefighters working the 230-acre Rainbow Fire south of Warm Springs received some help yesterday from Mother Nature as showers swept through the area. The fire was declared 100 percent contained. Crews will remain on the fire to mop up. Firefighters are also out on the 125-acre Hammer Fire in the Maury Mountains which has not yet been fully contained. Both fires started from campfires.
