The Downtown Bend Business Association hung up a 100 flower baskets in Downtown Friday morning. Staff, volunteers, business owners, and the Bend Mayor Pro-Tem, Anthony Broadman, attended the ribbon-cutting. Each basket costs $300 and the fundraising goal is $30,000.
